What We Do
Craftsmanship in Every Detail
From kitchen renovations to commercial build-outs, we bring the same dedication to quality in every project we take on.
Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
Kitchens and bathrooms are where we spend most of our time at home, and most of our clients have been living with something that hasn't worked for years before they finally call us. We do full gut-to-finish renovations: custom cabinetry, quartz or stone countertops, tile work, plumbing fixture upgrades, lighting, and all the finish details. We pull the permits, coordinate the trades, and don't hand you off to a subcontractor you've never met.

Home Renovations
Home Renovations
A lot of our work is in spaces that have been ignored for years — an unfinished basement that the family wants to actually use, a main floor that needs to be opened up, a whole-home gut that's been on the list since they bought the place. We handle it all under one contract: framing, drywall, paint, hardwood and epoxy floors, custom entertainment centers, bars, and built-ins. No juggling separate contractors. We manage the sequence and keep things moving.

Exterior & Roofing
Exterior & Roofing
Most Oakland County homes were built 30 to 50 years ago, and a lot of the original roofing and siding is past its useful life. We do complete roof tear-offs and replacements, James Hardie fiber cement siding installs, and full exterior repaint and trim work. We've been pulling exterior permits in this county since 2000. We know what local inspectors look for and we build to it from the start.

Home Additions & Structural Services
Home Additions & Structural Services
Additions are the most complex residential projects we do, and the ones where experience matters most. You're tying into an existing structure, dealing with zoning setbacks, coordinating with a structural engineer, and managing a permit process that varies by municipality. We've done this across Oakland County for 25 years. We handle everything from single-room bump-outs to full second-story additions: foundation, framing, load-bearing wall removal, steel beam installation, roofing, and all the mechanical tie-ins so the new space feels like it was always part of the house.

Custom Decks & Outdoor Living
Custom Decks & Outdoor Living
Michigan's climate is hard on outdoor structures. A deck that isn't built with proper frost-depth footings and the right fasteners won't last. We build decks the right way from the ground up — Trex, TimberTech, pressure-treated, or cedar, with the structural connections and drainage details that actually matter in this climate. We also do screened porches, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and paver patios. Everything gets permitted and inspected. We've built a lot of outdoor spaces in Oakland County and we know what stands up and what doesn't.

Commercial General Contracting
Commercial General Contracting
We're licensed for commercial work and we've built out office spaces, restaurants, retail stores, and entertainment venues across Southeast Michigan. Commercial jobs run differently than residential — tighter schedules, business hours to work around, landlord and property manager coordination — and we're set up for it. We self-perform the framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish carpentry. We coordinate electrical and plumbing. We handle permits. If you need nights and weekends to minimize disruption to your operation, we can do that too.
