A screened porch gives you usable outdoor space from May through October in Oakland County without mosquitoes, flies, or direct sun. We install custom screen enclosure systems on both existing and new porches throughout the region, using aluminum or wood framing with fiberglass or aluminum mesh that maximizes airflow and outward visibility.

Every screened porch project includes structural framing for the screen panels, a self-closing screen door, electrical wiring for ceiling fans and recessed lighting, and convenience outlets. We finish the ceiling with tongue-and-groove boards or painted drywall depending on the porch's construction. The ceiling fan and light combination handles air circulation and evening lighting from a single wall switch. We size panel openings to complement your home's exterior — proportional frames, matched trim profiles, and an entry door placed where traffic actually flows.
