For hardwood, we install solid and engineered products in white oak, hickory, walnut, and maple. Custom staining is done on-site with samples in your actual wood species. You see the real color under your home's lighting before we commit to the full floor. Finish coats are oil-modified or water-based polyurethane applied in multiple coats.

Epoxy and polyaspartic systems require diamond grinding for proper adhesion. The DIY kits that fail within a year skip this step. We grind the slab and apply moisture-mitigating primer where needed. Then we broadcast decorative flake or metallic layers and topcoat with a product rated for vehicle traffic. The result holds up to the salt, moisture, and temperature swings of the Michigan climate.
