You can't evaluate tile, stone, or plumbing fixtures from a screen. The scale of a large-format porcelain, the actual variation in a marble slab, the weight and feel of a faucet handle — none of that comes through in a product photo. We schedule guided showroom appointments with our preferred suppliers across Metro Detroit so you can see and handle the actual materials before you commit to them.

Before each visit, we prepare a selections checklist based on your project scope and budget so the appointment stays focused. Our showroom partners pull specific product lines based on your design direction so you're not walking through a 10,000-square-foot tile showroom without context. We're there during the appointment to answer technical questions the sales staff can't always address: whether a specific tile can be used on a heated floor system, whether a particular stone needs sealing and how often, whether a faucet finish will hold up in daily use.

After the showroom visit, we track every item you select — manufacturer, model number, finish, quantity — and manage the ordering process from that point.
