We install electric mat and cable systems from Schluter DITRA-HEAT, Nuheat, and WarmlyYours beneath tile, stone, and engineered flooring. The DITRA-HEAT system integrates the heating cable into the uncoupling membrane, which means the heating element and the crack-isolation membrane are one layer — better performance with no added thickness. We test every circuit with a resistance meter before tile installation and again after, documenting the readings for your records.

Every heated floor connects to a Wi-Fi-enabled programmable thermostat — you set a schedule and the floor is warm when you want it, not running constantly. Our electricians run dedicated GFCI-protected circuits as required by Michigan code.
