Front porch restorations are high-impact work. We rebuild porch decking, replace deteriorated columns with architecturally appropriate alternatives, repair or repour concrete foundations, and install code-compliant railings and stairs. The structural work is done first — foundation, framing, connections — and finish work follows. For screened porch enclosures, we build custom screen framing, install ceiling fans and lighting, and wire electrical circuits for a functional three-season space.

Paver patio restorations involve diagnosing why the base failed before lifting a single paver. If drainage is the cause, drainage gets corrected. If the original base was undersized, we excavate deeper and rebuild it properly. Re-laying pavers over the same failed base produces the same result. Concrete patio work follows the same principle — we address drainage grading and base preparation before pouring new flatwork, and all Oakland County porch and patio restoration projects go through permit and inspection where current code requires it.
